BY LATE AFTERNOON FOR HIGHS. EXPECT LATE AFTERNOON MIXING HEIGHTS TO THE REACH
THE 5000 TO 6000 FOOT RANGE WITH TRANSPORT WINDS FROM THE SOUTHEAST 15 TO 25
MPH. NO PRECIPITATION IS EXPECTED WITH THE WEAKENING UPPER LEVEL LOW PASSING
