BELOW 15 MPH THE REMAINDER OF THE NIGHT AS RELATIVE HUMIDITY GRADUALLY
INCREASES. WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO INCREASE ONCE AGAIN MID TO LATE WEDNESDAY
MORNING AS A LEE SIDE TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE BEGINS TO STRENGTHEN ACROSS
EASTERN COLORADO.
