AS LOW TO MID LEVEL CLOUDS DEVELOPED ACROSS PORTIONS OF CENTRAL
KANSAS THIS AFTERNOON, THE MAJORITY OF THE WESTERN HIGH PLAINS
REMAINED MOSTLY SUNNY TODAY. HIGHS TODAY RANGED FROM THE LOWER TO
MID 70S FROM EASTERN COLORADO TO SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS.

THE QUIET WEATHER PATTERN WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THURSDAY AS UPPER
LEVEL RIDGING MOVES INTO THE CENTRAL PLAINS OVERNIGHT. AS SURFACE
HIGH PRESSURE REMAINS PARKED OVER CENTRAL AND EASTERN KANSAS,
SURFACE TROUGHING ON THE LEE SIDE OF THE ROCKIES WILL SHOW VERY
LITTLE EASTWARD MOVEMENT. CLEAR SKIES ARE EXPECTED TONIGHT WITH
WARMER TEMPERATURES FORECAST FOR THURSDAY.

LOWS TONIGHT WILL DROP INTO THE MID 40S ACROSS WESTERN AND CENTRAL
KANSAS. HIGHS ON THURSDAY WILL BE IN THE LOWER 80S IN SOUTHWESTERN
KANSAS WITH MID TO UPPER 70S EXPECTED ELSEWHERE.
