SOME MID LEVEL CLOUDS HAD SPREAD INTO PARTS OF NEBRASKA AND CENTRAL
KANSAS EARLY THIS MORNING, OTHERWISE SKIES WERE MOSTLY CLEAR
ELSEWHERE.  LOW TEMPERATURES RANGED FROM THE MID 30S TO MID 40S.

AN UPPER LEVEL RIDGE WILL BUILD INTO THE CENTRAL PLAINS FROM THE
WEST THROUGH TONIGHT.  A SURFACE TROUGH WILL STRENGTHEN IN THE LEE
OF THE ROCKIES, WHILE A SURFACE RIDGE WILL BE IN THE EASTERN PORTION
OF THE PLAINS.  WARMER TEMPERATURES CAN BE EXPECTED ALONG WITH
MOSTLY CLEAR SKIES.  HIGH TEMPERATURES THIS AFTERNOON WILL BE IN THE
70S WITH LOWS TONIGHT IN THE 40S.
