BREEZY CONDITIONS WERE OBSERVED SHORTLY AFTER MIDNIGHT AS A COLD
FRONT MOVED SOUTH ACROSS THE CENTRAL PLAINS OVERNIGHT. THUNDERSTORMS
WERE ONGOING ACROSS OKLAHOMA THIS MORNING. HAIL WAS THE PRIMARY
THREAT FROM THESE STORMS. EARLY MORNING LOW TEMPERATURES RANGED FROM
THE LOWER 30S IN EASTERN COLORADO AND NORTHWESTERN KANSAS TO THE
UPPER 40S IN SOUTHEASTERN KANSAS.

UPPER LEVEL RIDGING OVER THE CENTRAL ROCKIES WILL MOVE EAST INTO THE
CENTRAL PLAINS BY THURSDAY. AN UPPER LEVEL TROUGH OFF THE SOUTHERN
CALIFORNIA COASTLINE THE MOVE ONSHORE BY THURSDAY AFTERNOON. SURFACE
HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE CENTRAL PLAINS WILL SHIFT EAST BY THURSDAY
MORNING AS TROUGHING DEVELOPS ON THE LEE SIDE OF THE ROCKIES. MOSTLY
SUNNY SKIES ARE EXPECTED TODAY WITH CLOUDS INCREASING LATER TONIGHT.
THUNDERSTORM CHANCES WILL INCREASE BY THE END OF THE WEEK.

HIGHS TODAY WILL CLIMB INTO THE LOWER AND MID 60S FROM EASTERN
COLORADO TO CENTRAL KANSAS. LOWS TONIGHT WILL RANGE FROM THE MID 30S
IN SOUTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA TO THE MID 40S IN SOUTHWESTERN KANSAS.
