A FEW LIGHT RAIN SHOWERS WERE NOTED ACROSS THE HIGH PLAINS SHORTLY
AFTER MIDNIGHT PRODUCING ACCUMULATIONS OF LESS THAN A TENTH OF AN
INCH. OVERNIGHT LOWS RANGED FROM THE LOWER 30S IN SOUTHWESTERN
NEBRASKA TO THE MID 40S IN THE SOUTHEASTERN HALF OF THE STATE.

A WELL DEFINED UPPER LEVEL LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM OVER THE GREAT LAKES
WILL PERSIST THROUGH TODAY WHILE FLOW OVER THE CENTRAL PLAINS
REMAINS NORTHWESTERLY. A SURFACE COLD FRONT WILL MOVE ACROSS WESTERN
KANSAS AROUND MIDNIGHT. MOSTLY SUNNY SKIES AND WARMER TEMPERATURES
ARE EXPECTED TODAY WITH A CHANCE FOR THUNDERSTORMS LATER TONIGHT.
COOLER TEMPERATURES ARE FORECAST FOR WEDNESDAY WITH ANOTHER CHANCE
FOR SHOWERS.

HIGHS TODAY WILL RANGE FROM THE MID 60S IN NORTHEASTERN COLORADO TO
THE MID 70S IN CENTRAL OKLAHOMA. LOWS TONIGHT WILL RANGE FROM THE
LOWER 30S IN SOUTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA TO THE MID 50S IN CENTRAL
OKLAHOMA.
