LOW CLOUDS BLANKETED WESTERN KANSAS DURING THE OVERNIGHT INTO THE
MID MORNING HOURS.  FOG ALSO DEVELOPED ALONG WITH LIGHT DRIZZLE.
LOW TEMPERATURES WERE IN THE MID 40S TO LOW 50S.

AN UPPER LEVEL RIDGE WILL SHIFT INTO THE EASTERN PORTION OF THE
PLAINS AS AN UPPER LEVEL LOW MOVES ACROSS NEW MEXICO INTO THE TEXAS
PANHANDLE BY EARLY MONDAY MORNING.  CLOUDS WILL REMAIN ACROSS MOST
OF THE CENTRAL PLAINS TROUGH TONIGHT.  TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED TO
BE COOLER THIS AFTERNOON.  THE BEST CHANCE FOR RAIN WILL BE FROM THE
SOUTHERN HIGH PLAINS INTO CENTRAL OKLAHOMA THROUGH TONIGHT.  THERE
WILL BE A CHANCE FOR SHOWERS IN WESTERN AND SOUTHERN KANSAS.
THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP IN THE TEXAS PANHANDLE THIS
AFTERNOON AND EXPAND INTO WESTERN OKLAHOMA.  SEVERE WEATHER WILL BE
A POSSIBILITY IN THIS AREA.

HIGH TEMPERATURES THIS AFTERNOON WILL RANGE FROM THE UPPER 40S TO
MID 50S IN THE CENTRAL HIGH PLAINS TO WESTERN KANSAS TO THE UPPER
70S FROM PARTS OF THE TEXAS PANHANDLE TO CENTRAL OKLAHOMA.  LOWS
TONIGHT WILL RANGE FROM THE UPPER 30S IN WESTERN AND CENTRAL
NEBRASKA AND PARTS OF NORTHEASTERN COLORADO TO THE MID 50S IN
CENTRAL OKLAHOMA.
