THE NORTHEAST ON TUESDAY. AFTERNOON WINDS DURING PEAK HEATING MAY
BE A BIT MORE BREEZY WITH SOME SLIGHT VARIABILITY DUE TO LOCALIZED
TERRAIN EFFECTS. A TRUE EASTERLY SURFACE WIND FOR THE BURN SITE
WILL NOT SET UP UNTIL WEDNESDAY.
