WITH SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCED VISIBILITIES POSSIBLE IN THE VICINITY OF
THE BURN SITE THIS MORNING. THE FOG SHOULD START TO LIFT BY MID TO LATE
MORNING WITH STABLE WEATHER CONDITIONS FORECAST THE REMAINDER OF THE
DAY. THE SURFACE WINDS AT THE BURN SITE ARE EXPECTED TO BE NEAR CALM OR
LIGHT AND VARIABLE...AND ARE FORECAST TO REMAIN SOMEWHAT LIGHT AND
VARIABLE BY THIS AFTERNOON. MAXIMUM DISPERSION VALUES ARE FORECAST TO BE
IN THE POOR RANGE TODAY.
