.DISCUSSION...DECENT CHANCE OF LIGHT RAIN TODAY, ESPECIALLY IN THE MORNING.
THE THUNDERSTORM POTENTIAL IS VERY LOW TODAY, HOWEVER THE POTENTIAL
IS THERE.  WINDS COULD BE GUSTY AND ERRATIC UNDER SHOWERS AND IF A
THUNDERSTORM DOES DEVELOP THIS AFTERNOON.  RH VALUES COULD HAVE QUITE
A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE BOTTOM AND TOP OF THE FIRE IN THE NEXT COUPLE
DAYS DUE TO THE INFLUENCE OF THE LAKE AND WEAK THERMAL BELTS.  CHANCES
FOR PRECIPITATION WEDNESDAY WILL BE MUCH LOWER.
