SHOWER AND THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY IS EXPECTED TO INCREASE IN AREAL
COVERAGE LATER TODAY WHEN AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE LOCATED OVER
THE SOUTHWESTERN U.S. LIFTS INTO THE CNTRL PLAINS. AS THE
ENVIRONMENT CONTINUES TO DESTABILIZE...STRONG TO SEVERE
THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE LATE THIS AFTERNOON MAINLY ACROSS
SOUTHEAST NEBRASKA AND EXTREME SOUTHWEST IOWA. THE PRECIPITATION
ACTIVITY IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE THEN THROUGH THE EVENING HOURS.
