AFTERNOON.

WHILE BOTH THE LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES AND THE DRY FINE
FUELS PRESENT A FIRE WEATHER CONCERN, SUSTAINED WIND SPEEDS ARE
FORECAST TO REMAIN MOSTLY LESS THAN 12 MPH WITH GUSTS NOT
ANTICIPATED TO REACH MORE THAN 16 OR 18 MPH. AS A RESULT, THE
POTENTIAL FOR RAPID WILDFIRE SPREAD SHOULD BE LIMITED.
