...AREAS OF DENSE FOG ACROSS THE COASTAL WATERS THIS MORNING...

A SHALLOW MARINE LAYER HAS BROUGHT AREAS OF DENSE FOG WITH
VISIBILITIES OF ONE NAUTICAL MILE OR LESS TO THE COASTAL WATERS
FROM POINT PIEDRAS BLANCAS TO SANTA CRUZ ISLAND. THE DENSE FOG
WILL SPREAD INTO SOUTHERN PORTIONS OF THE OUTER WATERS EARLY THIS
MORNING. DENSE FOG IS EXPECTED TO BECOME PATCHY IN NATURE BY
AFTERNOON.

MARINERS SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR ABRUPT VISIBILITY CHANGES DOWN
TO ONE NAUTICAL MILE OR LESS.
