* WAVES...BAY WATERS CHOPPY TO ROUGH DIMINISHING TO SLIGHT
  CHOPPY TOWARD MORNING.

CONDITIONS FOR SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED BOATERS...ESPECIALLY
THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE
