...GUSTY WINDS EXPECTED TODAY...

.SOUTH TO SOUTHWEST WINDS WILL BECOME GUSTY THIS MORNING AHEAD OF
AN APPROACHING COLD FRONT. THE GUSTY WINDS WILL LAST INTO THE
EARLY EVENING. THE WAVES IN THE NEAR SHORE WATERS WILL NOT GET
PARTICULARLY HIGH DUE TO THE DIRECTION OF THE WIND.

  KNOTS DEVELOPING THIS MORNING.

* WAVES: BUILDING TO 2 TO 4 FEET IN THE AFTERNOON WITH THE
  HIGHEST WAVES TOWARDS THE OPEN WATER.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 23 TO 33 KNOTS
AND/OR WAVES GREATER THAN 4 FEET ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE
HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID
NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
