...STORM SURVEY PLAN OF THE DAY FOR SUNDAY APRIL 19TH...

.OVERVIEW...

SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS MOVED ACROSS EAST CENTRAL ALABAMA THIS
MORNING CAUSING WIND DAMAGE AND POSSIBLE TORNADO DAMAGE. DAMAGE
REPORTS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED FROM RUSSELL...CHEROKEE AND CALHOUN
COUNTIES AT THIS TIME. THE MOST SIGNIFICANT DAMAGE WAS REPORTED IN
RUSSELL COUNTY.

SURVEY SUMMARY:

WE WILL BE SENDING ONE SURVEY TEAM OUT TODAY TO SURVEY THE DAMAGE
IN RUSSELL COUNTY. ADDITIONAL SURVEY TEAMS WILL BE SENT OUT ON
MONDAY TO SURVEY DAMAGE IN CHEROKEE AND CALHOUN COUNTIES...AS WELL
AS ANY OTHER LOCATIONS.

AT THIS TIME...STORM SURVEYS ARE BEING PLANNED FOR THE FOLLOWING
COUNTIES TODAY:
