15 to 25 mph. Waves up to one foot building to 1 to 2 feet...
locally up to 3 feet early in the morning.
.Thursday...Breezy. Mostly sunny. Highs in the lower 60s.
Northeast winds 15 to 20 mph with gusts to around 30 mph in the
morning becoming light. Waves 1 to 2 feet...locally up to 3 feet
