SKIES WERE CLOUDY ACROSS NORTHERN ILLINOIS AND NORTHWEST
INDIANA...WITH SCATTERED AREAS OF SHOWERS AND A FEW THUNDERSTORMS
CONTINUING TO MOVE ACROSS THE AREA. 24 HOUR RAINFALL AMOUNTS WERE
HIGH AGAIN...WITH UP TO TWO AND A HALF INCHES ACROSS PORTIONS OF
LEE...OGLE AND DEKALB COUNTIES.

A FRONTAL BOUNDARY IS STALLED OUT ACROSS NORTHERN ILLINOIS
ILLINOIS AND NORTHWEST INDIANA...RIGHT ALONG I-80. SCATTERED SHOWERS
AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE DAY
THROUGH EARLY MORNING WEDNESDAY ACROSS THE AREA...ALTHOUGH THERE
WILL BE PLENTY OF PERIODS OF DRY WEATHER. HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL
VARY ACROSS THE AREA...WITH HIGHS IN THE UPPER 50S TO LOW 60S
NORTH OF THE FRONT...TO THE UPPER 70S TO LOW 80S SOUTH OF THE
FRONT. RIGHT ALONG THE LAKEFRONT TEMPERATURES WILL BE IN THE MID
50S. THE FRONT WILL LIFT BACK NORTH AS A WARM FRONT ON
WEDNESDAY...WITH HIGHS FROM THE MID 70S TO MID 80S...EXCEPT 60S
ALONG THE ILLINOIS SHORE DUE TO SOUTHEAST WINDS.
