STERLING...GENESEO...AND PRINCETON. EXPECT PONDING WATER IN URBAN
AREAS...AND WATER ENCROACHING ONTO ROADS FROM RAIN FILLED DITCHES.
THE THREAT FOR SEVERE FLASH FLOODING IS LOW. SHOWERS ARE EXPECTED
TO BECOME MORE SCATTERED IN NATURE AFTER SUNRISE.
