WATERS OF NORTH SHORE AND TWIN PORTS AREA. THE WINDS AND RESULTING
WAVES WILL CAUSE HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS FOR SMALL CRAFT. THE WINDS

* SUSTAINED WINDS...EAST TO NORTHEAST 15 TO 20 KT.

* WIND GUSTS...UP TO 30 KNOTS.

* WAVES...2 TO 5 FEET.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO 33 KNOTS
ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
