AREA TO PINE CITY AND HINCKLEY. DEW POINTS WILL BE IN THE LOWER
TEENS AND EVEN SINGLE DIGITS AND WINDS WILL AGAIN BE STRONG FROM
THE WEST. MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY WILL FALL INTO THE
20S...ESPECIALLY IN THE WATCH AREA.
