A CLEAR SKY WAS FOUND ACROSS MINNESOTA OVERNIGHT...ALONG WITH CALM
TO LIGHT SOUTH SOUTHWEST WINDS. TEMPERATURES PRIOR TO DAYBREAK WERE
MOSTLY IN THE UPPER 20S TO MID 30S RANGE.

WINDS WILL INCREASE FROM THE SOUTH TODAY AND BRING A RETURN TO MORE
MILD TEMPERATURES. HIGHS WILL RANGE FROM AROUND 60 ALONG THE EASTERN
BORDER...TO THE LOW AND MID 70S IN WESTERN MINNESOTA. THE MILD
TEMPERATURE REGIME WILL PERSIST THROUGH THE WEEK. OTHER THAN A FEW
SPOTTY RAIN SHOWERS FROM WEDNESDAY NIGHT THROUGH FRIDAY...OVERALL
DRY WEATHER IS EXPECTED THROUGH THE WORK WEEK. LOW TEMPERATURES WILL
GENERALLY RANGE FROM THE UPPER 30S TO MID 40S.
