THROUGH 7 PM THIS EVENING FOR AREAS OF WEST CENTRAL THROUGH SOUTH
CENTRAL MINNESOTA OR ALONG AND WEST OF A LINE FROM ALEXANDRIA TO
BUFFALO...SAVAGE AND OWATONNA. SUSTAINED NORTHWEST WINDS OF 20 TO
30 MPH WITH GUSTS TO NEAR 40 MPH WILL OCCUR THIS AFTERNOON IN THE
WARNING AREA ALONG WITH RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES DROPPING INTO THE
20 TO 25 PERCENT RANGE.
