* WINDS...SOUTH 15 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 30 MPH.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...15 PERCENT.

* IMPACTS...ANY FIRES THAT GET STARTED WILL LIKELY SPREAD
  RAPIDLY...ESPECIALLY IN DRY GRASSES AND OTHER DORMANT FUELS.

A RED FLAG WARNING MEANS THAT CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS
