ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM THIS MORNING TO 7 PM CDT
THIS EVENING.

* TIMING...WINDS WILL INCREASE IN THE LATE MORNING HOURS...AND
  WILL PERSIST THROUGH THE LATE AFTERNOON.

* WINDS...NORTHWEST SUSTAINED BETWEEN 25 AND 30 MPH WITH GUSTS TO
  AROUND 45 MPH.

* IMPACTS...DRIVING MAY BE DIFFICULT AT TIMES...ESPECIALLY FOR
  HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES. OUTDOOR ITEMS MAY BE BLOWN AROUND IF NOT
  SECURED.
