SOME MID CLOUDS WERE PRESENT ACROSS MUCH OF CENTRAL AND EASTERN
IOWA THROUGHOUT THE OVERNIGHT HOURS...WITH CLEAR CONDITIONS ACROSS
NORTHWESTERN IOWA. WINDS WERE OUT OF THE SOUTH AT AROUND 5 TO 10
MPH. EARLY MORNING TEMPERATURES RANGED FROM THE MID 40S IN
NORTHWEST IOWA...TO THE MID TO UPPER 50S ACROSS SOUTHERN IOWA.

AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE WILL MOVE THROUGH THE STATE
TODAY...BRINGING ADDITIONAL CHANCES FOR SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS
TO MUCH OF THE STATE. A WARMING TREND IS IN STORE TODAY INTO
SUNDAY...WITH HUMIDITY INCREASING THROUGH THE WEEKEND AS WELL.
RAIN CHANCES CONTINUE INTO SUNDAY...WITH MORE WIDESPREAD RAIN
CHANCES EXPECTED SUNDAY NIGHT INTO MONDAY. COOLER TEMPERATURES ARE
ALSO EXPECTED FOR THE START OF THE WORK WEEK.
