EXCEPT FOR SOME SCATTERED CLOUDS OVER SOUTHWEST IOWA...IT WAS A
SUNNY AFTERNOON ACROSS THE STATE. HIGH TEMPERATURES WERE IN THE
MIDDLE 50S NORTHEAST TO THE MIDDLE 60S SOUTHWEST. WINDS HAVE BEEN
LIGHT AND VARIABLE.

HIGH PRESSURE REMAINS IN PLACE ACROSS THE UPPER MIDWEST TODAY.
TEMPERATURES WILL REMAIN COOL THROUGH FRIDAY WITH A WARM UP
ARRIVING FOR THE WEEKEND. SUNDAY IS EXPECTED TO BE THE WARMEST
WITH HIGH TEMPERATURES AROUND 60. EXPECT SCATTERED SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS MUCH OF THE STATE THIS WEEKEND AND CONTINUING
INTO EARLY MONDAY MORNING. SATURDAY LOOKS TO BE THE WETTEST DAY OF
THE WEEKEND.
