HAMPTON TO 5 MILES NORTHEAST OF PARKERSBURG...AND MOVING NORTH AT 40
MPH.

HALF INCH HAIL AND WIND GUSTS UP TO 50 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH
THESE STORMS.
