THE UPPER FLORIDA KEYS THIS AFTERNOON AND THIS EVENING. MINIMUM
AFTERNOON RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES WILL BE 60 TO 65 PERCENT TODAY
AND FRIDAY...WITH MAXIMUM OVERNIGHT VALUES AROUND 80 TO 90 PERCENT.
BREEZES WILL REMAIN LIGHT OUTSIDE OF SHOWERS AND STORMS.
