SOUTH PLAINS AREA THROUGH SATURDAY AS A STORM SYSTEM APPROACHES FROM
THE WEST. THE DRYLINE WILL SLOSH ACROSS THE AREA EACH DAY WITH GOOD
MOISTURE RETURN OVERNIGHT...BUT EVEN DAYTIME HUMIDITY WEST OF THE
DRYLINE WILL REMAIN RELATIVELY HIGH /GREATER THAN 20 PERCENT/ FOR
THIS TIME OF YEAR DUE TO RECENT RAINFALL.
