.DISCUSSION...FRONTAL BOUNDARY WILL BE SOUTH OF THE AREA TODAY
WITH SLIGHTLY DRIER AIR IN PLACE TODAY. PATCHY FOG IN THE BURN
AREA WILL DISSIPATE BY 9 AM WITH THE INVERSION MIXING OUT BY 10
AM. SURFACE WINDS WILL BE NORTHERLY THIS MORNING BACKING TO
NORTHWESTERLY AROUND 1 PM WITH SPEEDS BETWEEN 5 AND 10 MPH.
RELATIVE HUMIDITY WILL SLOWLY FALL THROUGH THE AFTERNOON WITH
MINIMUM VALUES OCCURRING AROUND 5 PM AT 30 PERCENT. A STRONG
INVERSION WILL DEVELOP WITH SUNSET WITH PATCHY FOG POSSIBLE TOWARD
DAYBREAK TUESDAY.
