...OCCASIONALLY STRONG AND GUSTY WINDS WILL AFFECT THE WATERS
THIS MORNING WITH RAPID CHANGES IN CONDITIONS...

.INCREASING PRESSURE GRADIENTS DUE TO A PASSING AREA OF
THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE CENTRAL GULF OF MEXICO MAY LEAD TO
OCCASIONAL PERIODS OF GUSTY WINDS OVER THE COASTAL WATERS. WHILE
ADVISORY LEVEL WINDS MAY NOT BE CONTINUOUSLY OBSERVED THROUGH THE
REST OF THE MORNING HOURS...ADDITIONAL PERIODS OF STRONG GUSTY
WINDS WILL BE POSSIBLE...WHICH COULD ALSO LEAD TO SLIGHTLY LARGER
AND STEEPER WAVES.

* SEAS: SEAS MAY BUILD INTO THE 2 TO 4 FOOT RANGE FOR A BRIEF
  TIME WITH STEEPER WAVES.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 21 TO 33 KNOTS
ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT.
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS SHOULD AVOID NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
