ACTIVITY WILL MOVE THROUGH LAFAYETTE BETWEEN 4 PM AND 5 PM. GUSTS
TO 30 MPH AND RAINFALL RATES BETWEEN A HALF INCH AND AN INCH AN
HOUR CAN BE EXPECTED AS FAR NORTHWEST AS RAYNE AND OPELOUSAS.
