SOME AREA RIVERS...LAKES AND VALLEY LOCATIONS IN PORTIONS OF
NORTHERN ALABAMA AND SOUTHERN MIDDLE TENNESSEE. THERE ARE STILL
LIKELY A FEW LOCATIONS WITH THE VISIBILITY BELOW A MILE.

MOTORISTS ARE URGED TO DRIVE WITH EXTREME CAUTION...AS VISIBILITIES
WILL VARY SIGNIFICANTLY. USE LOW BEAMS...REDUCE DRIVING SPEED...AND
ALLOW FOR PLENTY OF ROOM BETWEEN YOU AND OTHER CARS.
