THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CLEVELAND HAS ISSUED A WIND
ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 AM EDT MONDAY.

* LOCATIONS...THE CENTRAL HIGHLANDS AS WELL AS THE CENTRAL AND
  NORTHEAST LAKESHORE.

* WINDS...SOUTHEAST WINDS WILL INCREASE THROUGH THE EVENING
  REACHING 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS REACHING 45 TO 50 MPH AT
  TIMES.

* TIMING...HIGHEST WINDS WILL BE FROM THIS EVENING THROUGH THE
  FIRST HALF OF THE OVERNIGHT.

* IMPACTS...WINDS OF THIS MAGNITUDE MAY BRING DOWN A FEW LARGE
  BRANCHES AND CAUSE ISOLATED POWER OUTAGES. THESE WINDS WILL
  ALSO MAKE TRAVEL DIFFICULT FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WIND ADVISORY IS ISSUED WHEN SUSTAINED WINDS ARE FORECAST TO BE
31 TO 39 MPH OR GUSTS WILL RANGE BETWEEN 46 AND 57 MPH. WINDS OF
THESE MAGNITUDES MAY CAUSE MINOR PROPERTY DAMAGE WITHOUT EXTRA
PRECAUTIONS. MOTORISTS IN HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES SHOULD USE
CAUTION UNTIL THE WINDS SUBSIDE. STAY TUNED TO NOAA WEATHER RADIO

  HOWEVER THE WIND GUSTS WILL BE THE MAIN CONCERN AS THEY EXCEED
  50 MPH AT TIMES.

* TIMING...WINDS WILL INCREASE THROUGH THE EVENING. THE
  STRONGEST WIND GUSTS WILL LIKELY DEVELOP AFTER DARK AND
  PERSIST THROUGH AROUND 4 AM.
