.DISCUSSION...A CLIPPER SYSTEM WILL SPREAD RAIN AND SNOW ACROSS
THE AREA TONIGHT. MAINLY RAIN IS EXPECTED ALONG AND SOUTH OF
INTERSTATE 96 WITH RAIN TRYING TO CHANGE OVER TO SNOW ACROSS
CENTRAL LOWER MICHIGAN. SOME ACCUMULATING SNOW ON THE ORDER OF A
COUPLE INCHES IS POSSIBLE TONIGHT ACROSS PORTIONS OF CENTRAL LOWER
MICHIGAN. THE PRECIPITATION WILL END TUESDAY MORNING WITH DRY
WEATHER CONTINUING INTO WEDNESDAY EVENING. THE NEXT SYSTEM TO
AFFECT THE AREA WILL SPREAD RAIN OVER LOWER MICHIGAN LATE
WEDNESDAY NIGHT INTO THURSDAY NIGHT. WARMER TEMPERATURES ARE
