LAKE SUPERIOR TONIGHT TO UPSTATE NEW YORK BY WEDNESDAY NIGHT. LOW
PRESSURE IS FORECAST TO DEVELOP OVER THE NORTHERN PLAINS ON
WEDNESDAY AND TRACK INTO NORTHERN ONTARIO BY THURSDAY NIGHT AT 29.50
INCHES. THIS SYSTEM WILL DRIVE A COLD FRONT INTO THE REGION ON
FRIDAY AS IT LIFTS TO THE NORTH.
