WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE AVERAGING 30.1 INCHES STRETCHES FROM
ONTARIO INTO THE CENTRAL PLAINS THIS MORNING WHILE LOW PRESSURE OF
29.6 INCHES LIES OFF THE MID ATLANTIC COAST. THE RIDGE AXIS WILL
VERY SLOWLY DRIFT EAST ACROSS LAKE MICHIGAN FRIDAY NIGHT THEN
SETTLE OVER THE ATLANTIC COAST SUNDAY. MEANWHILE...ANOTHER LOW OF
29.4 INCHES WILL DROP INTO MANITOBA SATURDAY...THEN MOVE OVER
HUDSON BAY SUNDAY. THE LOW WILL MOVE OVER THE CANADIAN MARITIMES
MONDAY NIGHT WHILE A COLD FRONT SLOWLY SAGS SOUTH ACROSS LAKE
MICHIGAN MONDAY INTO EARLY TUESDAY.
