IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE AVERAGING 30.1 INCHES EXTENDING FROM
ONTARIO TO THE MID MISSISSIPPI VALLEY WILL CONTINUE TO DRIFT
SOUTHEAST SOUTHEAST ACROSS LAKE MICHIGAN THROUGH FRIDAY EVENING.
THE RIDGE AXIS WILL THEN DRIFT SOUTHEAST ACROSS THE APPALACHIANS
BEFORE SETTLING OVER THE ATLANTIC COAST SUNDAY. IN THE MEANTIME...
ANOTHER LOW OF 29.4 INCHES WILL DROP INTO MANITOBA SATURDAY...THEN
MOVE OVER HUDSON BAY SUNDAY. THE LOW WILL MOVE OVER THE CANADIAN
MARITIMES MONDAY NIGHT WHILE A COLD FRONT SLOWLY SAGS SOUTH ACROSS
LAKE MICHIGAN MONDAY INTO EARLY TUESDAY.
