WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...
A LOW PRESSURE TROUGH AVERAGING 29.7 INCHES WILL SLIDE EAST FROM
THE UPPER MIDWEST AND MID MISSISSIPPI TODAY. AN AREA OF LOW
PRESSURE AVERAGING 29.5 INCHES WILL DEVELOP FROM THIS TROUGH
ACROSS THE MID MISSISSIPPI AND LOWER OHIO VALLEYS BY MIDDAY
TODAY. THIS LOW WILL MOVE TO LOWER MICHIGAN TONIGHT AND DEEPEN TO
29.3 INCHES. BY MONDAY EVENING...THE LOW WILL CONSOLIDATE WITH ONE
FROM THE SOUTHERN CANADIAN PRAIRIES OVER EASTERN ONTARIO. THIS LOW
WILL BE SLOW TO DEPART THE REGION...LIKELY REMAINING JUST NORTH OR
NORTHEAST OF THE GREAT LAKES REGION INTO WEDNESDAY.
