WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE OF 29.1 INCHES CENTERED OVER
ONTARIO WILL GRADUALLY MOVE EAST TO THE NEW ENGLAND COAST BY
THURSDAY. AN EXPANSIVE RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE AVERAGING 30.2
INCHES WILL BUILD ACROSS THE CANADIAN PRAIRIES AND SOUTHEAST INTO
THE OHIO VALLEY WHERE IT WILL GENERALLY REMAIN THROUGH THE END OF
THE WEEK.
