FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON LAKE MICHIGAN.

WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.3 INCHES OVER ONTARIO WILL PUSH A
COLD FRONT ACROSS LAKE SUPERIOR THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT. THIS
FRONT WILL MOVE SOUTHWARD ACROSS LAKE MICHIGAN LATE TONIGHT AND
MONDAY...AVERAGING AROUND 29.9 INCHES AS IT DOES. AS THE FRONT
STALLS JUST SOUTH OF THE GREAT LAKES REGION MONDAY NIGHT AND
TUESDAY...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.3 INCHES WILL EXPAND OVER THE
NORTHERN LAKES. THE FRONT WILL MOVE BACK NORTHWARD AS A WARM FRONT
WHEN THE HIGH DEPARTS TUESDAY NIGHT INTO WEDNESDAY. LOW PRESSURE
AROUND 29.6 INCHES WILL MOVE FROM THE CENTRAL PLAINS TO ONTARIO
DURING THE LATTER PART OF THE WEEK AND STEER A COLD FRONT INTO THE
LAKES REGION SOMETIME EARLY NEXT WEEKEND.
