IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...
HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.5 INCHES CENTERED OVER WESTERN QUEBEC WILL
MOVE EAST TO THE ATLANTIC COAST TONIGHT...AS LOW PRESSURE OF 29.7
INCHES OVER WESTERN ONTARIO MOVES TO JAMES BAY. MEANWHILE...LOW
PRESSURE OF 29.6 INCHES OVER THE CENTRAL PLAINS WILL SLOWLY DRIFT
SOUTHEAST. A DEEPENING LOW AVERAGING 29.6 INCHES WILL PASS BY TO
THE NORTH OF LAKE SUPERIOR FRIDAY INTO FRIDAY NIGHT WITH A COLD
FRONT PASSING ACROSS LAKE MICHIGAN. HIGH PRESSURE AVERAGING 30.2
INCHES WILL THEN BUILD SOUTHEAST ACROSS THE GREAT LAKES AND
ONTARIO FRIDAY NIGHT INTO SATURDAY.
