QUEBEC THROUGH FRIDAY. BY THE END OF THE WEEK...A 30.2 INCH HIGH
WILL BUILD SOUTHEAST ACROSS THE UPPER GREAT LAKES FROM THE
CANADIAN PRAIRIES. THIS HIGH WILL ATTEMPT TO PUSH FURTHER EAST
ACROSS THE GREAT LAKES THIS WEEKEND.
