NORTHWEST ONTARIO. AS THIS LOW LIFTS NORTH TONIGHT INTO MONDAY...IT
WILL STRENGTHEN TO 29.2 INCHES AS IT CROSSES THROUGH THE MACKINAC
STRAITS MONDAY MORNING BEFORE NEARING JAMES BAY BY MONDAY EVENING.
THIS LOW WILL REMAIN STATIONARY AND SLOWLY WEAKEN THROUGH
WEDNESDAY...WHILE SWEEPING A SERIES OF 29.5 INCH TROUGHS ACROSS
THE UPPER GREAT LAKES REGION. THE LOW WILL SHIFT EAST WEDNESDAY
NIGHT...REACHING MAINE AT 29.5 INCHES BY THURSDAY EVENING.
