INCH HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD OVER THE UPPER LAKES ON MONDAY. EXPECT
THIS HIGH TO DRIFT INTO SOUTHEAST ONTARIO LATER TUESDAY INTO
WEDNESDAY...AS ANOTHER 30.4 INCH AREA OF HIGH PRESSURE MOVES INTO
NORTHWEST ONTARIO AND A 29.6 INCH LOW PRESSURE TROUGH TAKES SHAPE
OVER THE PLAINS. A 29.5 INCH LOW PRESSURE CENTER EMERGING FROM THIS
TROUGH WILL MOVE THROUGH THE NORTHERN PLAINS ON THURSDAY WHILE THE
ONTARIO HIGH DRIFTS ACROSS HUDSON BAY INTO QUEBEC. THE LOW WILL DRAG
A TROUGH AVERAGING 29.8 INCHES ACROSS THE UPPER GREAT LAKES REGION
