MADISON TO JANESVILLE LINE. OUTSIDE BURNING IS NOT RECOMMENDED
TODAY.

THUNDERSTORMS WILL DEVELOP LATER TONIGHT AHEAD OF A TROUGH OF LOW
PRESSURE...AFFECTING LOCATIONS ALONG AND WEST OF A SHEBOYGAN...
WAUKESHA TO LAKE GENEVA LINE...WITH A CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS TO
THE EAST.

THERE IS A CHANCE FOR THUNDERSTORMS TOWARD MORNING.

THE SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY CONTINUES UNTIL MID-MORNING THURSDAY AS
GUSTY SOUTHWEST TO WEST WINDS LOWER BY EARLY THURSDAY MORNING
BEHIND THE TROUGH... BUT WAVES WILL BE A SLOWER TO SUBSIDE.
