THE HIGHEST 1/10 OF THE WAVE SPECTRUM.

.SYNOPSIS...A TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE...SWINGING INTO ONTARIO AND
QUEBEC PROVINCES TODAY...WILL ALLOW WESTERLY FLOW TO STRENGTHEN OVER
THE NORTHERN THIRD OF LAKE HURON. ANOTHER FAST MOVING LOW PRESSURE
CENTER IS EXPECTED TO TRACK ACROSS LAKE MICHGIAN AND THE SOUTHERN
LOWER PENINSULA TONIGHT. SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE WILL THEN EXPAND
AGGRESSIVELY OVER THE CENTRAL GREAT LAKES REGION BY TUESDAY NIGHT.
