CENTERED OVER NORTHERN ONTARIO AND QUEBEC INTO THIS EVENING. THE
HIGH WILL SHIFT TO THE EAST COAST BY THURSDAY...ALLOWING AN AREA OF
LOW PRESSURE TO TRACK ACROSS SOUTHERN HUDSON BAY. A COLD FRONT
TRAILING THE SYSTEM IS EXPECTED TO DROP THROUGH THE CENTRAL GREAT
