LAKE HURON THIS MORNING TO UPSTATE NEW YORK BY TONIGHT. LOW PRESSURE
IS FORECAST TO DEVELOP OVER THE NORTHERN PLAINS TODAY AND TRACK INTO
NORTHERN ONTARIO BY THURSDAY NIGHT AT 29.50 INCHES. THIS SYSTEM WILL
DRIVE A COLD FRONT INTO THE REGION ON FRIDAY AND FRIDAY NIGHT AS IT
LIFTS TO THE NORTH.
